greeting loyal followers and listeners, over the past few days many of the diamond sea program downloads have been flagged as copyrighted material on mediafire. we do not know why this has happened or who has filed complaint against us. as program producers for an npr-affiliated public radio station we at the diamond sea are entitled to share our mixes as single-file downloads or podcasts legally under copyright protection as the individual songs are not being made available for download and the programs are non-commercial and not-for-profit. i (rd) am currently investigating the matter and trying to work with mediafire to resolve this issue, but will if necessary select another host for your continued enjoyment of our programs. thank you for your steadfast support and <3
